Return Requests

Contact support within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery for eligible returns. Obtain approval and warehouse instructions before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Condition & Documentation

Preference returns normally require unused, unaltered goods, included contents, applicable original packaging, and purchase proof. Send your order number, reason, and relevant photos. Do not automatically use the registration address.

Exceptions

Disclosed personalized, final-sale, or otherwise excluded items may be ineligible for preference returns. Mandatory consumer remedies remain protected.

Product Issues

Report damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods promptly, preferably within 7 days. This recommendation does not shorten the 30-day window. Confirmed issues receive an appropriate solution without customer-paid reasonable issue-related return costs.

Costs & Refunds

Customers normally fund preference returns. No separate restocking fee applies. Inspection generally takes up to 5 business days after receipt. Approved refunds use the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval; provider posting may take longer. Lawful deductions may reflect avoidable damage or missing components.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges depend on stock. Request cancellation within 12 hours where possible; fulfillment may prevent it. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations incur no cancellation fee.
